Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Some exclusions may apply, such as clearance or final-sale items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
Restocking Fee
Please note that all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
